Week one: Ironing out van quirks and great weather :-)

Standard

Well, it’s been a while since I last posted… we have sure had an adventure already! For the first week we had a couple of challenges that go with ironing out the wrinkles of a vehicle that I am new to, and getting to know the Vi-Machine van and its quirks as well as overcoming jetlag and getting settled into the new way of life here. We also hit the ground running with regards to promoting the Body By Vi Challenge and building the team here in the UK. Stranded or not we made it to a London Challenge Party and a Nottingham Challenge Party, a radio interview and lots more!! I feel almost 100% adjusted to driving on he wrong side of my large vehicle on the wrong side of the road on countless round-abouts, etc, LOL! It’s been a week and a half since we have been here and it feels like a month at least so that is a good sign we pretty busy.
We love the van life when we are not staying with friends (which is nice too) we are blessed to be able to do both. There is a lot of storage for us as well as room to sit and work or relax, cook and stand up 🙂 It runs beautifully and is decent on fuel being a diesel and having very low miles means we will be able to re-sell her with no problems. It’s nice to be mobile and not have to eat out every day too 🙂 The countryside here is beautiful just like it is at home in British Columbia. We feel very blessed to have this opportunity!
